At Grizzly Supplies, we design and provide Tier 1 seals and seal kits for the OEM (Original Equipment manufacturers) and OES (Original Equipment spares) markets. Since 1998, we have worked with OEM and OES clients to develop seals, and seal kits with the right material choices. The seals and seal kits are then supplied to the customer for the factory to use in their assembly. We also supply the customer with spare parts for their ongoing distribution for their products they produce. The seal and seal kits that we develop for customers are based on your specific requirements. We understand the need for complete sealing solutions that are tailored to the application and working environment. We have given material and design solutions for Humid, Extreme Arctic, Heat and Harsh conditions to add to the extended component life needed in today’s demanding environments.

Step 1

Understand your requirements and application conditions

We take a collaborative approach when developing sealing programs, ensuring quality, efficiency, traceability, and seamless integration into your operations.

Using samples/ drawings provided to us by the client and details about your application, operating conditions and performance targets, our team conducts R&D, material selection.

Step 2

Determine OEM Factory floor assembly or OES and OEM/OES factory spare replenish parts or kits for customer distribution.

After gathering your technical requirement, we work with you to decide if the seals and seal kits are destined for installation on your assembly line (OEM) or for distribution through your spare‑parts network (OES). This decision drives how we configure the kits, set replenishment schedules and prepare branded packaging. We ensure a complete sealing solution tailored to your application and working environment, maximizing your seals life through harsh conditions.

Step 3

Determine if supplying seal or seal kits.

Grizzly supplies ltd will provide you with full circle development support on products that we supply to you. We will work with your engineers’ concepts, design, and then provide suggestions, materials and product selection.

Select seal type and materials.

We will work with your engineers’ concepts, design, and then provide suggestions, materials and product selection; we can even provide you with samples for testing and prototyping before production.

We also provide analysis of products supplied to you to ensure your seals are performing reliably.

Our network of manufacturers and manufacturing engineers are here to help in all phases up to final production.

Step 5

Supply design concept, manufacturing dimensions for seals.

Grizzly supplies ltd sells face seals, steel bushings & sintered bushings for the OEM OES markets that are made at in house our SAP parts joint venture manufacturing facility in Pune India.

SAP Parts ISO accredited manufacturing facilities have a precision parts machine shop, an in house Metallurgical Lab, on site engineers, testing rigs and manufacturing facility for centrifugal metal casting are examples of our capabilities.

If we do not already have the parts on the shelf, we will work with our manufacturers to provide you with a tier 1 product.

Step 6

Prototype first article, supply to customer for approval or changes.

Once testing is completed and approved, we will manage the kitting program and can offer blanket order options with flexible release dates, ensuring you receive your seals when you need them for assembly line and your distribution of spare parts.

Step 7

Determine usage volumes, release schedules, and blanket orders.

Products provided by us are traceable from day of sales to your company and back to the manufacturer.

Before your order leaves our warehouse, the product will go through quality checks to ensure that parts are up to the customers and Grizzly standards.

Step 8

Packaging & Branding

Kitting and Packaging Programs available for OEM/OES. By working with yours or the Grizzly marketing team, we will then provide branded packaging of your choice, so your logo will be the first thing your customer sees.
